Jake is a sweet older boy (9ish) who loves his people and is very good with kids! A home with someone who works part time or from home would work best for him. He gets a bit anxious when left alone, but if there is another dog in his home, he is just fine uncrated with them! Crate (up to 3 hrs maximum if needed) and potty trained, Jake lovers to take rides in the car and settles down right away. He also knows sit, high-5 and SPEAK! Jake can pull a bit so we recommend an easy-walk harness and he could use a "refresher course" on loose leash walking. Jake does well with other dogs when he’s one on one but doesn’t do well in a dog park setting... he needs a little time to get know his canine friends. UTD on all shots and neutered, he is ready to go to his forever home! And, one with a pool, lake, creek, or beach nearby is ideal... Jake LOVES to swim!
